Pre-requisites
To ensure success, participants are required to be familiar with using personal computers and should have experience using a keyboard and mouse. The training will be provided on Windows® 7 platform, therefore if participants are able to use Windows 7 to manage information on their computers it will help them concentrate on the specifics of the training.
