About this course

This one-level Microsoft Word 2013 Core Essentials training course covers all the most important elements of using Microsoft’s word processing application. Highlights of the course include information on signing into a Microsoft account in Office, adding online images and video to a document, customizing a document with themes and formatting sets, and customizing the Word interface.

Pre-requisites
To ensure success, participants are required to be familiar with using personal computers and should have experience using a keyboard and mouse. The training will be provided on Windows® 7 platform, therefore if participants are able to use Windows 7 to manage information on their computers it will help them concentrate on the specifics of the training. Some basic task include: managing files and folders, launching and closing applications and navigating basic file structures.
