How can I book my course?

What are the payment methods I can use?

  • Credit/Debit card – You can make online payment while booking a course using your credit/debit card.
  • EFT – You can choose pay through electronic funds transfer.
  • Cash – You could also visit our office during business hours and make cash payment.

Is payment through your website safe?

NIT Australia uses a secure and safe internet transaction process. When making purchases from NIT Australia your financial details are passed through a secure server using a latest 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the industry standard. You can view the SSL certificate by clicking on the icon next to the address bar of your browser.

How much will the course cost?

The cost of the training depends on the course complexity and duration. You can see the cost of each course on the course description page.

Can I cancel or postpone my booking?

Should you envisage a situation where you are not able to attend the course and would like to cancel or postpone, please contact us at the earliest. However, please note that refunds can only be provided in certain situations. For details, please read Booking Terms and Conditions.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer discounts on multiple bookings. Please visit the course description page to know more about the discounts or call us on 08 6269 2300 to avail discount on multiple bookings.

Training at NIT Australia

We are a large group and would like a training to be arranged at our premises. Is that possible?

Absolutely. A lot of our corporate clients prefer in-house and on-site training due to large groups and difficulty for some participants to reach the venue. Does my training cost include lunch and breakfast also?

Light refreshments (Tea/Coffee/Cookies) are always available to our clients at no additional cost when training is conducted on our campus. Breakfast or lunch may be included in some courses if it has been specified on the course description page/advertorial.

I am not sure which course to choose. Can I get any advice?

Yes. NIT Australia’s helpful training advisers can assist you in selecting the right course. Please feel free to contact us for an obligation free advice.

My organisation requires training on a particular area which I cannot find on your website.

Will I also get industry certification for the course I complete?

We provide a certificate of completion to acknowledge that you have successfully completed the course.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with the training?

NIT Australia has all the necessary infrastructure, conducive environment and highly experienced trainers. We strive to provide high quality hands-on training and focus on individual attention. Customer satisfaction is of prime importance to us. If you not satisfied with any aspect of our training, we welcome you to provide us a candid feedback and we may allow you to re-sit the same training course, subject to the course being scheduled in the location and places being available on the requested training date.
