Perks of a host organisation

  • Diversify and enhance your workforce

Our interns come from all parts of the world and this diversity brings many talents and workplace benefits to the organization. Many interns speak multiple languages which may help tap into a culturally diverse market for the company. All interns have already completed an IT related Degree at an Australian university and are able to then apply their theoretical studies to real work experience during the internship.

  • Test before hire

Our interns are eager and serious in getting real-world experience at your host company and will be trying their best to prove their capabilities. There is no obligation to offer interns a job after completing an internship but it will be life-changing for the interns if the organization decides to hire them. There will be no recruitment or placement fees involved.

  • Doing good deeds

You have the ability to create opportunities for these interns and provide them with valuable experiences. You will also be helping to bridge the skills shortage gap in the ICT sector and support the growth of the community.

  • Professional development for your current staff

Our interns will provide a great opportunity for your staff to develop their mentor and management skills. This help to enable full potential and help employees to grow within the organization.

  • Strong support from NIT

We have received very good feedback from our current host companies on working with NIT. You will be well guided through the process by our internship coordinator and we will also provide our interns with regular communication and support throughout the internship. NIT will also provide insurance to all interns.
