Executive Director

With over 20 years of experience in the ICT industry; and Education and Training sector, Hari’s career includes lecturing software engineering and computer science in university programs and senior technical roles in companies like Aero Info and Siemens Healthcare. Apart from a keen interest in emerging technologies like robotics, artificial intelligence, augmented reality and the Internet of Things, Hari has a passion for transforming individuals to reach their career goals and guide them in being ethical global citizens.

Ms Vicky Dunford

Associate Director, Partnerships and Business Strategy

With over 18 years of experience in Education and a broad range of experience including teaching, partnership management and business development in both Private institutions and University. She is goal orientated with a passion for forging extensive, meaningful networks and strategic planning.

Ms Marcia De Oliveira

Business Development Manager

Marcia has over 12 years of management experience across different sectors, including retail, financial and education. The diverse professional portfolio paired with her academic background in both Marketing & Communication and Psychology give Marcia a unique edge in her role as a Business Development Manager at NIT Australia. She has an innate ability for problem solving, is passionate about customer service and always prompt to help her team, colleagues and students.

Ms Gena Rattan MACS CP

Training Manager

With over 6 years of experience in the ICT sector and working in diverse roles; Gena has gained exceptional abilities in ICT consultation and management with organisational and supervisory skills to assure success. She works on meeting new technical challenges and finding solutions to meet the needs of the company and its clients. Gena is an outstanding motivator and builder of teams.

Ms Sheavy Kaur

IT Services Manager

Passionate and solution-oriented IT Services Manager with 10 years of an extensive experience in developing and deploying software programs, complex network infrastructures, providing cyber security consulting & leading projects and technical solutions from design to implementation. Her passion about IT pushes her to learn new things every day. Sheavy likes to invest her energy to inspire and motivate others to reach their career goals.

Ms Rene Chahal

Compliance Manager

Rene has been working in the Vocational Education and Training sector since 2015. Her journey in the education sector began with customer service and later evolved to various roles in Admissions, Student Services, Operations and currently in RTO Compliance. Apart from her practical and detailed knowledge of the various RTO legislative instruments, Rene has a passion for ensuring the business operations are efficient and effective through identification and management of risks and maintaining quality is always her priority.

In addition to the Management Team, NIT is currently in the process of re-establishing its Education & Training Advisory Board (ETAB) that has been in place for many years with representation across various sectors, disciplines and industries, responsible for diligently ensuring the training and learning processes not only meet but exceed industry standards.
