This microcredential provides construction professionals with a practical understanding of artificial intelligence, where it is being applied in the construction lifecycle, and how to assess opportunities and risks.

- Distinguish between automation, analytics, and AI-driven systems
- Identify where AI is currently used across the construction lifecycle

- Conduct a basic AI readiness assessment for a project or organisation
- Prioritise AI opportunities based on risk, cost, and impact

Basic IT knowledge (networks, systems, or software).
No AI background required.

Module 3: Practical Use Cases That Deliver ROI (4–5 hrs)
